STUDIO POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. This policy honors the time reserved for you and the preparation that goes into each treatment.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please text (858) 808-1438 to let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate you; however, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect clients who follow. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to a late-cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. After two missed appointments, prepayment will be required to reserve future sessions.
Payment Policy
Meridien accepts all major credit cards and HSA/FSA payments. Payment is collected at the time of service; packages or series may be purchased in advance for continued care.

Please arrive in good health and reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. Our space is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and serenity, with medical-grade sterilization between every client.
